    The WhistleB service meets the requirements of national data privacy laws, globally. The service is compliant with GDPR, the strictest such law in the world.

  • Anonymous communication and dialogue Information
    Accessible 24/7/365 and device independent, through a unique URL. A person can anonymously or openly send a message about a suspected wrongdoing. Dialogue with the anonymous person is possible thanks to the code given at the end of the reporting session. You can receive and send an unlimited number of messages.
  • Start page and questionnaire Information
    The texts and the questionnaire are based on best practices and include national legal requirements on whistleblowing. Choose the Buffet or the À la carte plan to customise texts and the questionnaire. These plans also include the possibility for file upload.
  • Multiple languages Information
    The Communication channel is multilingual. In the À la carte plan you can have the channel in as many languages as you wish.
  • Multiple communication channels, phone reporting Information
    Set up separate web-based communication channels for different target groups, or have a phone channel available, that allows you to have a dialogue with an anonymous person. All messages are received in the Case management tool.

    The intuitive, multilingual tool allows for correct and efficient handling of cases, according to data privacy legislation. You can have a dialogue with the anonymous sender. Advanced and Premium case management features include setting your own KPIs, task management and communication with investigators.

    Cases can be assigned to individuals and teams.
  • Notifications Information
    Users are notified by e-mail. SMS notification is available for Buffet and À la carte customers. Up to 500 SMS free of charge.
  • Secure translation Information
    Available in the encrypted tool, by native speakers. Additional service: Secure machine translation.
  • Statistics Information
    On-line statistics are available according to categories chosen by the customer, and can easily be made into reports for information and decision making.
  • Archiving or deletion of cases Information
    When the investigation is finished the case can be deleted or archived to comply with local laws.

The support site, available for all plans, includes a step-by-step guide on how to launch your whistleblowing service in a correct and time-efficient way. For À la Carte customers full implementation support is available according to your requirements.
