We’ve transformed years of compliance expertise into a whistleblowing system that’s easy to set up, manage and use.

How it works

A report is submitted

via a dedicated web page, from any device and in any language. The reporter can choose if they want to remain anonymous. By telephone (optional service), the reporter can speak with a specialist or leave a secure recorded voice message.

The case manager receives

email and SMS notifications about the report. They log into the case management tool using multi-factor authentication, review the message and act. Secure translation support is included.

Further dialogue

between the case manager and reporter can continue, if necessary. Only authorized individuals can access the case management tool.

Investigation of cases

is supported by advanced tools, including categorization, status tracking, notes, file uploads, secure chats and case reassignment where necessary. Cases can be closed in compliance with data protection legislation.

Data and reporting

tools provide an overview of data, performance indicators and analysis. This includes customizable settings and flexible presentation options.
