Ready-to-launch whistleblowing system – WhistleB To Go
The To Go plan offers a trusted and a proven start-up whistleblowing system package, used by
companies and organisations around the world. This plan best suits small and medium-sized
organisations, or those who want to get their whistleblowing system up and running quickly.
The Communication channel includes a start page and questionnaire, and allows for anonymous dialogue. You can invite up to 500 persons to report through the Communication channel. The channel is available in two languages of your choice. It is mobile phone friendly and can be accessed 24/7/365 through your organisation’s unique web address. The anonymity of the person reporting is ensured, as WhistleB does not track metadata of the whistleblower, for example the IP address.
The Case management tool
… enables a team of two people to receive and reply to messages reported through the Communication channel.
The Case management tool allows users with defined user authorities to manage cases efficiently and appropriately. All actions are traceable as each case has a log. When an investigation is closed, you can delete or archive data in accordance with national regulations.
Data security and legal compliance
WhistleB safeguards the anonymity of the whistleblower and protects customer data.
The whistleblowing service is ISO 27001 compliant, ensuring the highest possible data security and privacy. Additionally, the service conforms to national personal data protection regulations and laws. It also complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the strictest such regulation in the world.
