Report on the legal framework for whistleblowing

The DLA Piper Employment Group’s report, Whistleblowing: An employer’s guide to global compliance, has been revised to bring it up to date for 2015. The report considers the legal framework for whistleblowing across five continents as well as the cultural context underpinning the legislative provisions, providing at-a-glance whistleblower protection ratings for 34 countries. The report also demonstrates that all employers need to be alive to issues of wrongdoing in the workplace and to have appropriate channels for concerns to be raised.
